Francis Pouliot – the CEO and Founder of Bull Bitcoin

Francis Pouliot is the CEO and Founder of Bull Bitcoin, a Canadian non-custodial Bitcoin-only exchange. Since 2015 he is the CEO and owner of Bylls, Canada's largest Bitcoin payment processor and world's first Bitcoin bill payment service, established in 2013.

He is the founder, project manager and financial backer of Cyphernode, an open-source self-hosted Bitcoin API server and development kit that makes it easy for cypherpunks to build Bitcoin apps and services without third parties.

From 2013 to 2017 he was Public Affairs Director of the Bitcoin Embassy, world's first physical Bitcoin hub, where he led Canada's Bitcoin education and advocacy efforts. He gained much of his Bitcoin experience at Satoshi Counter, a physical Cash-to-Bitcoin OTC trading desk and Bitcoin information kiosk.

Francis is advisor to 3iQ, a Canadian closed-end Bitcoin Fund and was previously advisor to the Ontario Securities Commission.

Francis holds a postgraduate degree in Public Policy from King's College London and bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Montreal. He became an austrian economist while working at the Institute of Economic Affairs, the Fraser Institute and the Montreal Economic Institute.
